I would return to San Clemente and the Cove, it was my kind of experience!
Morning and evening walks on the ocean just steps from your room. How could anyone
be out of sorts with that?
Where I Went
White Horses Restuarant
A must! The early bird specials were delicious. Good background music
and delicious salmon. The owner and staff very gracious and friendly
The Fisherman on the Pier
Would not recommend it. The food was Not good at all. Seems to be
a favorite for the tourist because of the location on the pier but would not eat
there again.
Wineries of Temecula Valley
Worth a day trip. Thornton Winery has a great wine tasting a pairing
inside the fireplace heated tasting room. Lots of fun and a nice way to chat with
other visitiors who found the place equally as nice.
San Juan Capistrano Mission
The jewel of the mission followed with breakfast at Ruby's and was
a great way to spend the early morning.
The Resort
San Clemente Cove Resort
Very friendly welcoming resort. The people
staying there were also very pleasant. Small office but helpful and always ready
to help.

Our check in and check out was seamless. No problems.

Enjoyed the get acquainted breakfast for owners as well
as the ice cream social!
Unit Amenities
Very clean and tidy, could have used a larger refrigerator
for the amount of days we stayed.
Unit Quality
Nice and quiet until the last few days, the unit above
was a tad loud.
Weather
Perfect weather for strolls on the beach and late nite
walks on the pier.

This was a great little get away just up the coast from home and
my wife just loved every minute of it.

This is just accross the street. You can watch the surfers and fisherman.
Old Town San Clemente
What a clean little town, and friendly store keepers.
Cabrillo Threatre
This is a small threater, and if I had know about it we could have
scheduled to be in town when they had their performance.
The Resort
San Clemente Cove Resort
...Everything else was excellent.
Resort Check-In
They didn't mind that we stayed 1 Hr longer than the 11:00am
check out.
