Absolutely nothing… We love our home away from home that we get to enjoy twice a year… Thank you, SHANNON and all of your wonderful staff!!
Absolutely everything… The entire staff is wonderful… SHANNON has a team of super people that are always there for anything you might need during your stay. It truly is a home away from home down to the Keurig coffee maker that they are able to provide in our room. We love the various get-togethers… from Mon. morning coffee & muffins to the super fun craft classes that Kim puts on & Shannon’s Margarita “happy hour”!!

I couldn’t find a pen in my room 🙂
Everything about San Clemente I’ve was perfect for me. The location, the suite itself with its lovely view of the ocean and the recliner in front of the fireplace, along with the kitchen, comfy bed and nice shower, the beach chair, the umbrella, the puzzle, the DVD’s. I could go on and on. Thank you Shannon for your help on the first night of my stay when the fireplace was not working properly!

Our room didn't have a good view of the ocean and staff showed 3 available rooms from which we could choose. We got a room with a better view. We needed a meat thermometer which isn't usually supplied and they found one for us. Great place, staff and service. We've stayed there many times over the years. Restaurant and Oyster Bar across the street on the pier have the best food and Sunset specials. Pizza from the place just below the resort have the best pizza!

Maintenance fees ALSO should cover Bent and Damaged Window Screens, Broken or missing Window Latches, Missing window Vertical Blinds pieces, Missing or Damages patio door Mounts for the Bottom of the blinds, and PLEASE PLEASE do not Mix different types of Light Bulbs in the rooms,,,such as 3 BRIGHT WHITE and 2 REGULAR WHITE od COOL WHITE in the Ceilings ! The brightness ratings ARE PRINTED ON ALL BULBS ! why have such a variance. Also the area in the Shower is Cramped with the 3 soap/shampoo despensers mounted over the handrail, please move them to the END wall ! not the side..its cramped anyway ! Is there any way you can Stop the city of San Clemente from sending out their needless invites to public forums for water bill increases, power bill increases, and neighbors within 2000 feet remodels MAILED NOTICES TO OWNERS HOMES ! its a waste of paper,,and the city says its mandared, when we have no control as owners of the water bills in the first place,, i get mail fron the city of san clemente for things they say PROPERTY OWNERS need ! thats not the case at a Timeshare right ? !
